13 . Motions Under Procedure Rule 11
At the Council meeting on 20 October 2020 it was agreed that the following motion would be referred to the Leisure, Environment and Community Committee. The proposer and seconder of the motion have been invited to the meeting to present their motion under new Rule 11(11).
Councillor Paula Hiscocks, seconded by Councillor Alison Wall to move under Notice duly given as follows:
This Council believes that, as we are extremely fortunate to have three chalk stream rivers, The Chess, Gade and Colne running through our area, we should work with Thames Water, as far as possible within existing resources, to properly serve our residents and protect the environment. Also that we ensure whenever relevant in the planning process that all the Water Companies are consulted.
