This report had been deferred from the meeting held on 12 December 2018 and is represented for Members’ consideration
The current Scheme of Delegation from the Development Control Committee to the Group Head of Planning was approved in November 2018, with a review to be undertaken after 12 months. This report details further changes to the Scheme of Delegation following that review.
